The delegation of NTEM visited
serial European technology transfer institutions, such as OSEO
Innovation, TII, STIBBE Legal Consultant, Kirkpatrick Intellectual
Property Rights Consultant and STW. During the visit, the content of
further cooperation had been actively and positively discussed and
the space of bilateral service for technology transfer had been
extended.
Ms. Annie Geay, the leader of OSEO Innovation, introduced the new
system of OSEO Innovation, and reached a principal intendment of
cooperation with NTEM; Mr. Michel Duhamel, the president of TII,
introduced the content and the creative function of TII internet.
STIBBE Legal Consultant and Kirkpatrick Intellectual Property Rights
Consultant expressed great interest to cooperate with NTEM, hoping
to promote the technology transfer between Chinese enterprises and
Belgian enterprises; STW had set up a cooperation system with NTEM
since 2002, this visit not only deepen the understanding from each
other, but also encourage to sign a contract for further
cooperation.
European countries hold plenty experiences in international
technology transfer. Through this visit, the way of further
cooperation between NTEM and European technology transfer
institution was extended, the content of cooperation was confirmed
in association with aviation, new sources, new materials, etc.,
regarding 2008 Tianjin Binhai international technology transfer
forum, and also a new field of service was created for technology
recreation and development of Binhai New Area.
