Sponsored by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of Ministry of China Science and Technology and OSEO Innovation, 3rd CTIBO General Assembly was held in Beijing in 25th of April, 2008. Being one of target institution of this project, pertinent staffs of NTEM attended this meeting.
 
CTIBO (Chinese Technological Intermediary Business Organizations) project is a successfully executed project of EU , applied by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of Ministry of China Science and Technology (original to be: creation fund administration center of technological enterprises) and OSEO Innovation. The main purpose of this project is to promote the implement of international technological cooperation for China-France technology agent, especially seeding international technology partners. In association with the cooperation of the main project, the cooperation between Chinese small and medium enterprises and Frances will be pushed effectively, the implement period of which is from May 2005 to April 2008.    
  This meeting is the conclusive meeting of CTIBO project. In the meeting, execution, activities and achievement of this project during the past three years had been reviewed. Both sides (China and France) are agreed that CTIBO project actively and positively functioned in cooperation of China-France, China-EU enterprises and promotion of international consciousness and serviced abilities in Chinese technology agent.
 
In the same time, both sides express the opinion that although CTIBO project comes to the end, but mode and field of the cooperation should be continuatively explored in the future in order to provide sustaining support and assistance to China-France small and medium enterprises.
