For the propose of
reinforcing intergovernmental communications between China and
France and expanding the areas and scales of the collaborations,
sponsored by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center,
Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Science and
Technology Department of France Embassy, China-France International
Forum on Technology Transfer & Network Collaboration was held in
Shanghai at 17th -18th of November, 2009. A
number of representatives from research institute and business in
China and France attended this forum include
Mr. Guo¡¯an Zheng, Deputy Secretary- General of Ministry of
Science and Technology, Mr. Xiaoping Xiu, Deputy Director of Torch,
Mr. Bernard Belloc, French president consultant on higher education
and research and Mr. H.E.Herve Ladsous, the French ambassador to
China.
On
the forum, a series of practical experiences regarding technology
transfer, collaborative R & D and intellectual property protection
have been exchanged and discussed. Ms. Huaiming Guan, vice president
of NTEM, has been invited to attend the forum and represent a
keystone speech. In the presentation, Ms. Guan introduced service
practice and achievements of NTEM to the French participants in the
field of international technology transfer as well as achievements
of bio-medicine industry of Tianjin Binhai New Area in technological
innovation and industrial development and stimulus impacts of NTEM
on assisting innovation development in enterprises. During the
forum, NTEM have both sides¡¯ talks with OSEO, Medicen and Inserm.
The French companies express their appreciation to NTEM¡¯s
achievement in the field of innovation services and hope to
have an opportunity to cooperate with NTEM in the future in order to
promote technology transfer between China and France and
international cooperation among R&D institutes and enterprises. |
