Tianjin Binhai International Technology Transfer Co., LTD. opened on Nov. 27th . Mr. Su Liang attended the opening ceremony and made speech. Many leaders from Tianjin Municipal Science &Technology Commission, Binhai New Area Commission, Tianjin TEDA Administrative Commission etc. attended the opening ceremony. Torch Center of China MOST also celebrated this event by telephone.
Mr. Liu Youlin, president of NTEM and board chairman of Tianjin Binhai International Technology Transfer Co., LTD., director of Research &Develop Department, Tianjin University and representative from Dalian Yicheng Technology Market Company made speeches at the opening ceremony. The general manager of Tianjin Binhai International Technology Transfer Co., LTD introduced the background, purpose, operation mode and main businesses of the company. Mr. Li Zhizhen, vice director of China Technology Market Association, gave the celebration remarks.
Mr. Su Liang, the former vice mayor of Tianjin also prsented the ceremony. His speech gave the general review of about one decade development of NTEM.
