NTEM attended 2nd Assembly Meeting of CTIBO Project 　　2nd Assembly Meeting of CTIBO Project, which hosted by Torch Center of MOST and OSEO Innovation, was held in Beijing on Feb. 9, 2007. 　　Capacity Building of Chinese Technological Intermediary Business Organizations for International Technological Co-operation (CTBIO) had been applied and obtained by Torch Center of MOST (former Innofund China) and OSEO Innovation. It aims to boost the interactions among the Chinese and French technological intermediary business organizations to carry out international technology co-operation projects in particular the research of international technological partners and, furthermore, the hosting of the projects that lead to the creation of joint-ventures between European small and medium-sized enterprises and Chinese enterprises. 　　UP to now, the project has been executed two years, and the website had been built. Two sides held the meeting and arrange the communication between target groups so as to make full use of CTBIO website and co-operation network, promote more and more co-operation projects between China and France.
