| NTEM participate in Asia-invest Alliance-CTIBO project

NTEM will act as one of Chinese target groups to participate in Capacity Building of Chinese Technological Intermediary Business Organizations for International Technological Co-operation (CTIBO project).
Asia-Invest is the European funding to open broader political dialogue, to enhance bilateral investment relations, to co-ordinate efforts with those of the WTO and improve the degree of mutual awareness between Europe and China.
OSEO Anvar (French) and Innofund (China) had applied, and have obtained, the for the Asia-Invest Alliance tending on the view of boosting the interactions among the French and Chinese technological intermediary business organizations (TIBOs) to carry out international technology co-operation projects in particular the research of international partnerships, and, furthermore, the hosting of the projects that lead to creation of joint-venture between European SMEs and Chinese enterprises.
The types of activity includes training seminars, workshops and small scale exhibition, officers and managers study visit in Europe, compiling and dissemination of training materials, accompanying the implementation of the projects, as well as formulation of standards and best-practice, etc.
Kick-off meeting of CTIBO projects was held in Beijing on July 20, 2005. Mr. Ma Songde, the vice minister of Ministry of Science& Technology, Mr. Guelluy, French ambassador in Beijing, and Mr. Franz Jessen, vice representative of EU Delegation in Beijing attended the inauguration ceremony of CTIBO project.
