| 2005 Technology Market Development Seminar & 11th Annual Meeting Held

March 1st, 2005 is NTEM's 10th anniversary. To summarize experience and exchange information, 2005 Technology Market development Seminar & 11th Annual Meeting was held in Tianyu Hotel.
Mr. Han Deqian, former vice minister of Ministry of Science& Technology and chairman of China Technology Market Association went to Tianjin for the meeting. Mr. Liang Su, the vice director of Tianjin National People's Congress, and the leaders from China Technology Market Management& Promotion Center, Tianjin Science& Technology Commission, Tianjin IP Office, Administrative Commission of Tianjin Hi-Tech Industry Park, attended the Meeting. And over 200 members from Tianjin, Hebei, Shangdong, Zhejiang, Henan, Shanxi also attended the Meeting.
During the Meeting, the leader from China Technology Market Management& Promotion Center read the congratulatory letter from Mr. Xu Guanhua, the minister of Ministry of Science& Technology. Mr. Xu congratulated NTEM's 10th anniversary and hope NTEM "seize the opportunity, speed up efforts to develop, give a great boost to China Technology Market". Mr. He Zhiming, the vice director of Tianjin Science& Technology Commission, delivered a welcome speech. Next, Mr. Liu Youlin, the president of NTEM made a work report, which title is "advancing with time, steadily innovating, struggling for building first-class technology transfer". Finally, Mr. Han Deqian, Mr. Liang Su delivered speech successively.
The representatives from technology market management department, Technology Market in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Henan, Zhejiang, Wuhan, Shenyang, Nanjing, Dalian and Tangshang attended the Seminar. The topic was to exchange the experience and analyse the problems.
